Our Policies


  • We thank you for understanding that, in order for us to provide our beautiful classroom, we ask that you must purchase your class supplies and fabric at The Christmas Crab Quiltery.  This is necessary because the store pays all expenses for the classroom.  As an added thanks we offer a 10% discount on class supplies.

  • All class attendees must have a legal copy of the class pattern/book to participate
  • Absolutely no photocopies allowed in class and no sharing of patterns or books
  • A class supply list will be supplied to you at time of class enrollment

Store and Class Policies

  • You may return any unopened / undamaged notion for full refund for 30 days from purchase
  • No returns on cut fabric.  We buy only quality fabric and are not responsible for flaws and/ or irregularities.
  • No returns on books, patterns, kits or precut fabric

Class Policies
  • Space reserved on a first come basis
  • Class fees due when registering by phone, mail or in person
  • Classes may be cancelled by student 7 days prior to class date  with a full refund.
  • Students may sell or give their class to someone else if they cannot attend.
  • Cancellation after the 7 day time allowance or a "no-show" will result in a forfeiture of class fee regardless of reason
  • Students receive a full refund if teacher cancels class
  • Class will be cancelled if the minumum requirement  is not met by the registration deadline
  • Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled due to bad weather.  On stormy days it is the responsibility of the individual student to verify that the class is still on.
  • Do not bring children to classes, free sews and demonstrations.  We love them but this setting is not appropriate for children.
  • Please do not wear perfume to class or the shop
